Wrong size, want a different color? No problem!

We accept all returns and exchanges for 30 days after shipment. Items must be in their original condition, intact and accompanied with a legible receipt. For online orders, be sure to attach the Return Slip provided in every delivery.

For instances of damaged goods or an incorrect order, Gulfstream Park will cover shipping costs. In all other circumstances, customers will be responsible for the exchange and return shipping costs. If Gulfstream Park is unable to fulfill your original order, you will be issued a refund in the amount of the original cost of your item.

If your order has not yet shipped, email us at giftshop@gulfstreampark.com or call us at 954-457-6191 so we can make any necessary amendments to your order prior to delivery.

Yes! Make sure you bring your receipt included with your online order and we'll be happy to exchange your items at our onsite location at the racetrack.
