Shipping Info
Standard delivery options typically provide delivery within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm EST and all other weekend or holiday orders are processed on the following business day. Gulfstream Park is not liable for shipping delays or missing packages. Please be sure to check around your property and all potential areas for delivery. If you are unable to locate your package, please contact the shipper directly. Expedited Shipping: Orders must be placed before 12pm EST for same day shipping. International Shipping: Gulfstream Park currently offers shipping to Canada and Mexico. Feel free to contact us for inquiries regarding other locations. Please note that customer is responsible for paying duties & taxes.
Returns & Exchanges: Gulfstream Park accepts unused merchandise in its original condition for return or size exchanges within 30 days of shipment. All unused merchandise must still have the tags on them. Please see Return & Exchange Policy for more information.
Return & Exchange Policy
Gulfstream Park accepts returns/exchanges up to 30 days from shipment of unused, non-sale items with tags, in their original condition, intact and accompanied with a legible receipt. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. For instances of damaged goods or an incorrect order, Gulfstream Park will cover shipping costs. In all other circumstances, customers will be responsible for the exchange and return shipping costs. If Gulfstream Park is unable to fulfill your original order, you will be issued a refund in the amount of the original cost of your item.
